1Hizmetin niteliği

• devret biletlerin satıcısı veya organizatörü değildir. Bilet, satıcı ile alıcı arasında devredilir.
• Etkinliklerin gerçekleşmesi, iptali, ertelenmesi ve giriş kuralları organizatörün sorumluluğundadır.
• Bazı organizatörler bilet devrini yasaklayabilir veya isim değişikliği isteyebilir. Bu kurallara uymak kullanıcıların sorumluluğundadır.

2Hesap

• Uygulamayı kullanmak için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmanız gerekir.
• Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru olmasından ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.

3Satıcının yükümlülükleri

• Yalnızca size ait olan, geçerli ve başka bir yerde satılmamış ya da satışa konmamış biletleri listeleyebilirsiniz.
• Yüklediğiniz her bilet, aynı biletin birden fazla satılmasını önlemek için kontrol edilir. Kopya, sahte veya geçersiz bilet satışı yasaktır; hesabın kapatılmasına ve yasal işlem başlatılmasına yol açabilir.
• Bilet bilgilerini (tür, koltuk, fiyat) doğru girmelisiniz. Biletin üzerinde yazan fiyatı girmek zorunludur.
• Fiyat sınırı: devret, gidemediğiniz bileti devretmek içindir; kâr amaçlı satış için değildir. Satış fiyatı, biletin üzerindeki fiyatın en fazla %20 fazlası olabilir.
• Devredilemez biletler: Organizatörün devredilemez olarak belirlediği biletler satılamaz.
• Spor müsabakaları: Spor müsabakalarına ait biletler (6222 sayılı Kanun) devret’te satılamaz.

4Alıcının yükümlülükleri

• Satın aldığınız bilet ödeme tamamlanınca uygulamada size teslim edilir. Biletin geçersiz olduğunu, satıcıya ödeme yapılmadan önce (etkinlikten 24 saat sonrasına kadar) sipariş üzerinden bildirebilirsiniz.
• Ödeme ekranında 15 dakika içinde tamamlanmayan ödemelerde ayrılan biletler yeniden satışa çıkar.
• Bileti ödeme yapmadan önce kontrol etmeniz önerilir.

5Ödemeler

• Biletler uygulama içinden kartla satın alınır. Ödeme, lisanslı bir ödeme kuruluşu aracılığıyla yapılır; satış bedeli satıcıya etkinlikten 24 saat sonra, satıcının girdiği IBAN’a gönderilir. Alıcı bu süre içinde biletin geçersiz olduğunu bildirirse ödeme, inceleme sonuçlanana kadar bekletilir.
• Etkinlik iptal edilirse ve satıcıya henüz ödeme yapılmadıysa alıcıya iade yapılır.
• Alıcıdan bilet bedelinin %8’i oranında hizmet bedeli alınır; satıcıdan kesinti yapılmaz.
• Kartla ödeme altyapısı henüz devrede değildir. Devreye girene kadar uygulama üzerinden satın alma yapılamaz; bu koşullar ödeme kuruluşu bilgisiyle birlikte güncellenecektir.
• Uygulama dışında (havale, elden nakit vb.) yapılan ödemeler devret’in sorumluluğunda değildir.

6Yasaklı davranışlar

Dolandırıcılık, taciz, spam, başkasının hesabını kullanma, Uygulamanın güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışma ve mesajlaşmayı Uygulama dışına yönlendirerek dolandırıcılık yapma yasaktır.

7Puanlar ve içerik

Puan ve yorumlar dürüst olmalıdır. Yasalara aykırı veya hakaret içeren içerikleri kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.

8Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

devret, kullanıcılar arasındaki işlemlerden, etkinliklerin iptalinden veya bir biletin girişte kabul edilmemesinden doğan zararlardan, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu değildir.

9Hesabın kapatılması

Bu koşulların ihlali durumunda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil üzerinden silebilirsiniz.

10Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici işlemlerinde tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemelerinin yetkisi saklıdır.

1The service

• devret is neither the seller nor the organiser of tickets. Tickets are handed over between seller and buyer.
• Organisers are responsible for events taking place, cancellations, postponements and entry rules.
• Some organisers prohibit resale or require a name change. Following those rules is the users’ responsibility.

2Accounts

• You must be at least 18 to use the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your account.

3Sellers

• You may only list tickets that belong to you, are valid and have not been sold or listed elsewhere.
• Every uploaded ticket is checked to prevent the same ticket from being sold twice. Selling copied, fake or invalid tickets is prohibited and may lead to account closure and legal action.
• Ticket details (type, seat, price) must be accurate. Entering the price printed on the ticket is required.
• Price cap: devret is for passing on a ticket you can’t use, not for profit. The asking price may be at most 20% above the printed price.
• Non-transferable tickets: Tickets the organiser marks as non-transferable may not be listed.
• Sports events: Tickets for sports events (Turkish Law No. 6222) may not be sold on devret.

4Buyers

• A ticket you buy is delivered in the App once the payment is complete. You can report it as invalid from the order before the seller is paid (until 24 hours after the event).
• If a payment isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reserved tickets go back on sale.
• We recommend checking the ticket before you pay.

5Payments

• Tickets are bought by card in the App. Payments go through a licensed payment provider; the sale amount is sent to the seller’s IBAN 24 hours after the event. If the buyer reports the ticket as invalid within that time, the payout is held until the review is complete.
• If the event is cancelled and the seller hasn’t been paid yet, the buyer is refunded.
• The buyer pays a service fee of 8% of the ticket price; nothing is deducted from the seller.
• Card payments are not live yet. Until they are, tickets can’t be bought in the App; these terms will be updated with the payment provider’s details.
• Payments made outside the App (bank transfer, cash, etc.) are not devret’s responsibility.

6Prohibited conduct

Fraud, harassment, spam, using someone else’s account, attempting to bypass the App’s security measures and moving conversations off the App to commit fraud are prohibited.

7Ratings and content

Ratings and comments must be honest. We may remove unlawful or abusive content.

8Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, devret is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, event cancellations or a ticket being refused at the entrance.

9Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete account.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts retain jurisdiction for consumer matters.
